📋 Description

• Support mortgage quality review to verify vendor's underwriting practice following BMO’s requirements • Executes work and audit files to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery • Ensures consistent, high-quality practices/work and achievement of business results in alignment with business/group strategies • Analyzes root causes of any errors discovered during underwriting to provide for effective communication and coaching • Provides ongoing support to the continuous improvement process of the business unit • Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. • Works mostly independently. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically, between 3 – 5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Bilingual skills in English and French will be considered an asset • Verbal & written communication skills (English & French) - In-depth • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth • Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth
