📋 Description

• Support mortgage quality review to verify vendors’ underwriting practices against BMO’s requirements • Execute work and audit files to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery • Ensure consistent, high-quality practices and achievement of business results aligned with business strategies and productivity goals • Analyze root causes of underwriting errors to enable effective communication and coaching • Provide ongoing support to the business unit’s continuous improvement process • Propose creative new solutions • Identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules • Work mostly independently • Perform broader work or accountabilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • Residential mortgage underwriting experience highly preferred • Proficiency in both English and French required • Fluency in French and English to support business operations outside Quebec • In-depth verbal and written communication skills in English and French • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work mostly independently
