📋 Description

• Drive the overall software development lifecycle across functional teams • Transform requirements into software features • Manage development teams and processes • Conduct software testing and maintenance • Translate user requirements into technical specifications • Write code and manage preparation of design specifications • Support system design and advise on security requirements • Debug business systems and service applications • Develop technology applications and services using algorithms, data structures, programming languages, tools, standards, and software platforms • Analyze, develop, test, and implement software programs • Document software development lifecycle execution • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification • Ensure code and configurations meet security, logging, error handling, performance, and non-functional requirements • Evaluate new technologies and upstream/downstream impacts on process, data, and risk • Follow release management processes and apply version controls • Assist with interpreting and documenting client requirements • Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support • Identify, diagnose, and solve problems • Make risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy and applicable policies, laws, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience • Foundational proficiency in creative thinking, relationship building and management, and emotional agility • Intermediate proficiency in quality assurance and testing • Intermediate proficiency in cloud computing • Intermediate proficiency in microservices • Intermediate proficiency in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping • Intermediate adaptability and learning agility • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate collaboration and team skills • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills • Intermediate data-driven decision-making skills • Advanced programming proficiency • Advanced applications integration proficiency • Advanced test-driven development proficiency • Advanced system development lifecycle proficiency • Advanced troubleshooting proficiency • Advanced system and technology integration proficiency • Ability to make sound, risk-informed decisions aligned with policies, laws, and regulations
