📋 Description

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies • Manage and grow X (Twitter) and LinkedIn accounts • Plan and publish daily content • Write engaging posts, threads, articles, and thought leadership content • Research trending topics, viral content, and industry conversations • Build and engage relevant online communities • Develop content calendars and distribution strategies • Increase followers, impressions, engagement, and reach organically • Analyse performance and continuously improve content strategies • Experiment with new content formats and growth techniques • Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities • Track follower growth, monthly impressions and reach, engagement rate, profile visits, audience growth, content consistency and quality, organic traffic, and conversions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven understanding of X (Twitter) and LinkedIn • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills • Knowledge of social media algorithms and organic growth • Ability to identify trends and create engaging content • Understanding of personal branding and audience building • Creative thinking and strong research skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts • Experience growing social media accounts is preferred • Preferred: Canva and basic graphic design • Preferred: Social media analytics tools • Preferred: AI-powered content creation tools • Preferred: Personal branding and creator growth • Preferred: Experience managing multiple social media accounts
