• This is a remote position. • Summary: Take charge of a high-impact Channel Partner Program at a fast-growing, modern bookkeeping firm. • Be the first dedicated hire in this function, then build and lead a team to scale up a thriving national partner ecosystem. • About BooksTime: BooksTime is an ambitious, modern bookkeeping firm. • We take the hassle out of financial record-keeping for small businesses. • We’ve enjoyed 9 years of continuous growth. • Traditional bookkeeping firms are inefficient, expensive, and often provide subpar service. • By leveraging our remote, global workforce, as well as modern automation and AI tech, BooksTime is able to deliver higher quality bookkeeping at prices every business can afford. • This role reports directly to the CEO. • Make History . 🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, Channel Partnerships, or very similar fields. • History as a top performer in this type of role, consistently exceeding targets and quotas. • Experience building strategic relationships and partnerships with at least one of the following types of partners: accounting firms, outsourced or fractional CFOs, and/or VCs. • Extensive existing relationships with potential partners in at least one of these categories. • Ability to combine big-picture, strategic vision with hands-on execution. • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and scrappy. • Top-notch listening and discovery skills, with a knack for identifying pain points and consultative selling. • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong, trust-based relationships. • Friendly, outgoing and positive. • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Bias for action and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
