<Booxi> is a SaaS platform that helps retail brands manage customer touchpoints by offering appointment scheduling, event management, and in-store queue management. The product is designed to optimize in-store operations and omnichannel experiences for verticals such as luxury, beauty, fashion, eyewear, department stores and furniture, and integrates with systems like Salesforce and Shopify to provide analytics and streamline workflows.

📋 Description

• Establish and structure the CI/CD function at Booxi by setting standards, documenting learnings, and creating conditions for the function to scale • Architect GitHub Actions workflows across repositories using reusable workflows and composite actions • Speed up build times through parallelization, Docker layer caching, and selective test execution • Secure the software supply chain with Workload Identity Federation, secret management, signed images, and vulnerability scanning • Replace manual approvals with automated security and compliance gates • Build progressive release patterns (canary, blue/green, and feature flags) on Cloud Run with automated health checks and telemetry-triggered rollbacks • Orchestrate promotion of environments from development to production, including semantic versioning, changelogs, and release verification across microservices • Guide teams on zero-downtime schema migrations, trunk-based development, and GitOps workflows • Measure and expose DORA metrics to both engineers and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, release engineering, or platform engineering in a production SaaS environment • Deep expertise with GitHub Actions and the ability to diagnose slow or unstable pipelines • Experience deploying and operating workloads on GCP: Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, IAM, Cloud SQL, and MySQL • Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code • Comfortable with Docker • Experience transforming manual or brittle deployments into fully automated pipelines • Daily use of AI for coding and the ability to explain its impact on ways of working • Ability to advocate for platform initiatives to PMs or executives, discussing time-to-market, risk, and cost • Ability to structure a clear and readable roadmap • French: native or professional proficiency • Functional English, spoken and written (asset) • Familiarity with GitOps workflows on Kubernetes (ArgoCD, Flux) or database migration automation tools
