📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and create training programs and materials that build employee skills, support career growth, and align with organizational goals • Partner with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create engaging, effective learning solutions • Create instructional materials including e-learning content, job aids, and facilitator guides for performance management and talent programs • Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and succession planning programs • Facilitate and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on performance management, leadership development, and individual development plans • Manage and track program participation, including enrollment tracking and reporting • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into accessible learning content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5 years of experience in learning & development, training, or instructional design • Familiarity with instructional design models and adult learning principles • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia) • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint/Slides for training materials • Project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience with Workday Talent Module strongly preferred • Certification in instructional design, training delivery, or coaching (e.g., ATD, CPTD) preferred • Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, healthcare, finance) with compliance training experience preferred • Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms preferred
