📋 Description
• Lead and manage two distinct business development teams • Develop and execute regional and/or vertical-market strategies • Identify, qualify, and cultivate target clients based on business potential and industry influence • Generate, manage, and secure project leads within assigned regions • Build relationships with specifiers, influencers, and decision-makers across assigned industry segments • Support the sales process from initial relationship development through project close • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support bids and installations
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s degree highly desired; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with professional audio products • Five (5) or more years of relevant experience preferred • Industry affiliations and certifications are strongly preferred • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong presentation and customer engagement abilities • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational, follow-up, and integrative skills • Working knowledge of IP/IT products, professional audio, or communications solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
