📋 Description

• Own all sales activity within the assigned territory, including new business, existing customers, and channel partners • Drive new business acquisition, existing account growth, and channel partner development • Hunt for new opportunities while maintaining focus on recurring revenue and small-to-mid-sized projects • Develop relationships with end users, systems integrators, distributors, architects, engineers, and consultants • Identify, qualify, and drive complex video security opportunities involving multiple stakeholders • Execute vertical targets assigned by Vertical Sales Managers and provide regular project progression updates • Manage opportunities and provide timely status updates using approved sales tools such as Blue Sheets • Collaborate with Regional Directors and Vertical Sales Managers to align territory execution with vertical strategy • Travel within the territory to support customer meetings, partner engagement, and key opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma is required • 5 years of industry experience, preferably with a manufacturer, is required • Knowledge of video surveillance and integrated security solutions • Understanding of IP networking, cloud-based security platforms, and system architecture • Ability to assess customer security requirements and recommend technical solutions • Industry affiliations and certification a plus • Strong communication skills • Solid industry and product-specific knowledge • Ability to successfully generate and close business • Up to 70% travel required • Must reside within the represented territory • Indefinite U.S. work authorization required; future sponsorship is not available
