• Provide expert technical support for Hitachi VRF and Mini Splits systems • Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues via phone, email, and remote diagnostics • Analyze system performance data and recommend energy efficiency improvements • Create and maintain technical documentation including troubleshooting guides • Collaborate with engineering team to address recurring issues • Stay up-to-date with VRF technology and HVAC trends • Participate in on-call rotations for critical customer support
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC technical support • In-depth knowledge of Hitachi VRF systems • EPA certification required; Hitachi VRF certification strongly preferred • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and software • Strong technical writing skills for creating clear documentation • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
