• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume sales roles — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business goals. • Build proactive pipelines for high-demand positions by leveraging creative sourcing strategies, networking, and market insights. • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, aligning talent strategies to business needs and providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, personalized interactions, and brand advocacy throughout every stage of the process. • Monitor key recruiting metrics to assess funnel health, track progress, and recommend improvements to enhance speed, quality, and candidate engagement. • Support junior recruiters by sharing best practices, refining sourcing methods, and helping elevate team performance and consistency.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in CPG, retail, or distribution industries. • Proven success filling sales, field, or client-facing roles (e.g., account managers, route sales reps, field merchandisers). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple open requisitions. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike. • Proficiency with ATS systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and social sourcing platforms. • Comfortable working in a contract / independent contributor capacity with minimal oversight. • Data-minded approach — able to track and interpret metrics to drive process improvements. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
