📋 Description

• Achieve annual sales targets established by Sales Leadership • Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities and relationships • Analyze customer markets, competitive landscapes, industry trends, and long-term growth projections • Create and execute account strategies to increase customer penetration and expand sales of Boyd Thermal by Eaton products and services • Establish strategic goals and tactical plans supporting sustained business growth • Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities • Collaborate with customer engineering and procurement teams to define product requirements and support solution development with Boyd Engineering • Present products, prototypes, and solutions to customers • Manage the quotation process and coordinate with Sales Operations and Estimating teams • Handle commercial discussions regarding pricing, contracts, payment terms, shipping requirements, and customer concerns • Monitor project progress and ensure customer milestones and production schedules are achieved • Maintain opportunity pipelines, customer intelligence, and business activity in Salesforce CRM • Provide regular updates to management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in technical account management, sales, program management, or a related customer-facing role • Candidates must currently reside in California • Candidates must be able to engage in frequent face-to-face customer meetings • Eaton will not provide immigration sponsorship or support for this position, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN, or related programs • No relocation assistance is available • Active-duty military service members are exempt from the geographic residency requirement
