📋 Description

• Own the education business end to end, from product-market fit in new segments through scale • Discover the needs of teachers, directors, parents, and district buyers • Build initial product versions and quickly test them with real users • Prove customer value, business models, and scalable economics • Prototype and learn hands-on using AI and modern tooling • Work directly with the CEO and executive team • Set the vision and drive outcomes visible at the Board level • Recruit, inspire, and grow the team around successful bets • Build curriculum, assessment, and professional development products for early education

🎯 Requirements

• Record of building products customers love • Experience taking something from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 • Experience starting or building something new, ideally to real traction • Ownership of customer value, pricing, and business economics • Applied AI and modern tooling in own work • Ability to set vision, align executive teams and boards, and inspire builders • Multidisciplinary product, design, engineering, and data experience • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make confident decisions without a playbook or data
