📋 Description

• The Employee Engagement Manager will work with the Service Teams and unit HR Directors to create a University-wide engagement strategy. • The manager will be responsible for the execution and overall communication as it relates to employee engagement initiatives. • The manager will produce global and local reports to help track progress and create actions that drive positive employee engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters Degree • Preferable Minimum of 2 years in direct human resource work or in a closely related field • Minimum 1 years experience in managing a staff • Demonstrated ability to move forward an agenda or initiative.
