📋 Description

• Create unexpected ideas and engaging copy in collaboration with Art Directors, Designers, and Strategists • Explain ideas and creative thinking to Berlin colleagues and clients • Manage multiple projects with differing timelines across video, social, print, outdoor, guerrilla, direct, digital, and radio media • Craft bespoke brand voices tailored to each client • Stay up-to-date on creativity in the advertising industry • Experiment with generative AI • Organize and maintain creative files and assets

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of award-winning headlines and conceptual thinking • Over three years of advertising copywriting experience; advertising agency experience preferred • Strong grammar skills • Understanding of generative AI's role in the creative process • Eagerness to be pushed from good to great • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and low ego • Willingness to take ownership of organizing and maintaining creative files and assets • Ability to conceptualize provocative ideas and emotive copy • Candidates must submit a link to a portfolio website; only candidates with a portfolio website will be considered • Remote candidates must be located in Canada
