📋 Description

• Support and enhance integrations between Workday and a variety of connected platforms (e.g., payroll providers, health benefits vendors, retirement plan administration tools, and third-party systems) • Serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems architecture, focusing on supporting business processes, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring HR data integrity • Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve HRIS integration issues, coordinating with both internal technical resources and external vendors as necessary • Gather requirements from stakeholders to design and implement new integrations or modify existing ones • Create and maintain clear documentation related to systems configuration, integration flows, and standard operating procedures • Participate in testing activities for new or modified integrations, including test case creation, QA review, and coordination of user acceptance testing • Act as a key resource during Workday enhancement projects and support Workday releases as they impact integrations • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes within the broader HR technology landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with integrations in Workday • 2+ years of experience with security in Workday • Global payroll integration experience strongly preferred • Strong working knowledge of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle • Experience designing, building, documenting, and supporting HRIS integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Orchestrate, or Core Connectors • Familiarity with data formats commonly used in integrations (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV) • Experience with Workday Web Services and APIs (e.g., WSDL, SOAP, REST) • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audience
