📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across the U.S. and Canada • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and sales practices that create accountability and consistent performance • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance, using data to identify opportunities and improve results • Identify new business opportunities and build strong, trusted client relationships • Partner with Training, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales teams to strengthen go-to-market execution • Create a positive, collaborative sales culture that keeps the team motivated and focused on success

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in sales leadership • Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating a geographically dispersed sales team • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving sales growth • Strong experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills • Consultative, client-focused approach to sales • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Experience within training, professional services, or solutions-based sales is preferred
