• Supervise the assignment of duties to personnel assigned to engagements • Train personnel • Responsible for personnel scheduling, compliance, monitoring of time budgets • Motivate and assist staff in professional development • Assist Partners in practice development and management • Communicate Firm policies and technical information • Prepare and review returns • Conduct complex tax research
