📋 Description
• Own Made's marketing end to end: positioning, brand, website, social, and the story we tell the world • Find the wedge: the one thing creators get genuinely excited about and will change their routine for • Run a creator-first, organic motion: demos and tutorials as marketing, content-led growth, real community presence • Build your team: a content and social creator and a designer to start, more as you prove what works • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product positioning, onboarding, and what makes creators stick
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in marketing, with the range to set the strategy and ship the work yourself • You're of the creator economy: you've worked at a creator tool, platform, creator-commerce, or creator-facing brand • A builder, not a delegator • A track record taking marketing from 0-to-1 at an early-stage company
