📋 Description

• Assist with the hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of our HRIS. • Partner with team members to review, test, and streamline HR business processes. • Provide front-line support for system errors and implement long-term fixes. • Create and maintain user-friendly guides and training materials. • Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards. • Own recurring data audits to ensure data integrity. • Maintain data access controls within our people systems. • Help ensure data entry and architecture supports compliance and audit requirements. • Monitor existing integrations and proactively troubleshoot issues. • Leverage tools to help build and maintain automated data pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working within, configuring, and troubleshooting a major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, UKG, BambooHR, Rippling) • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills • Ability to dig into data quality issues and validate report accuracy • A foundational grasp of basic HR, Payroll, and Compliance workflows. • General knowledge of Global compliance regulations that impact HR & HR Systems (e.g. GDPR, Immigration and Payroll) • Exposure to or experience monitoring system integrations. • Any exposure to building/maintaining recipes and connections using APIs, Workato, or other integration platforms.
