• Support administrative tasks such as budgeting, expense reporting, and general reports or other presentation materials to support functional work. • Provide support for meetings, trainings, seminars, events, coffee tastings, and business travel for departmental partners. • Provide calendar support to multiple leaders and/or a team. • Support the process of onboarding/offboarding district managers including obtaining necessary computer equipment. • Organize and maintain virtual filing system(s). • Respond to phone calls and written requests for information. • Research issues and gather information. • May index records and information. • Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization and communication. • Serve as a primary point of contact to distribute material and communicate standard operating procedures. • Respond to requests for information. • Effectively build relationships with operational leaders.
• 3-5 years administrative experience • Experience with multi-unit/multi-leader administrative support • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams • Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment • Ability to build trust based and collaborative relationships with cross functional partners • Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts, and the design of solutions as a member of a team • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
