📋 Description
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities • Conduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs • Present additional service solutions aligned with client goals • Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and growth pipeline in CRM tools • Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to support client success
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in account management, client growth, or sales roles is a plus but not required • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred
