📋 Description

• Define, manage, and communicate project objectives • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones using in-house project management software • Adjust work schedules to keep projects on course • Communicate project expectations and progress to clients, team members, and executive teams • Build and sustain high-functioning project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and with quality • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate owners • Assess and manage schedule-change risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and team support • Create, implement, and track risk assessment, impact, and action plans • Coordinate with vendors to manage dependent tasks and ensure timely completion • Identify and resolve project-team issues and conflicts • Manage project dependencies and critical path • Quantitatively plan and organize project-team capacity • Optimize group capacity, set priorities, ensure timely task execution, and solve bottlenecks • Define project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project life cycle • Lead continuous process-improvement initiatives • Act as a subject-matter expert on project management, project details, and system capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of project management experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred • Client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS solution implementation experience ideal • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes • Change Management and Stakeholder Management leadership experience • Fluency with MS Office tools • Experience leading multiple strategic, complex projects simultaneously with successful scope, schedule, and budget results • Experience defining and documenting processes and driving continuous process improvement through measurement and metrics • Exceptional customer service for clients and internal teams • Cross-functional project participation
