• Contribute to BeOne’s overall sales objective by performing assigned sales related activities • Provide physicians, pharmacists and healthcare professionals with information to use products effectively • Promote Hematology products through calls on targeted physicians in assigned territory • Train and educate physician support staff on proper use of products • Maintain communication with BeOne’s Market Access Team • Identify customer changes and ensure appropriate resources are allocated • Perform administrative functions required of the position • Assist in identification and resolution of issues and opportunities
• B.A. / B.S. • 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management • Significant Hematology experience • Self-starting, self-managing independent work style • Customer service priority • Strategic focus on sales • Specialty sales experience • Understanding of reimbursement and managed care processes • Familiarity with CRM software • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
