⢠Provide strategic leadership for Tacabrutideg and oversee global commercial strategies ⢠Align commercial strategy with the Global Product Team, major markets, and senior leadership ⢠Develop and execute overarching global commercial strategies across short-, mid-, and long-term goals ⢠Lead Global Brand Team meetings and Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan processes ⢠Represent one commercial voice to the Global Product Team, R&D, Tech Ops, and executive leadership ⢠Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional teams to shape disease area strategies across multiple indications ⢠Oversee global lifecycle strategy implementation in local markets ⢠Integrate major-market input into global launch readiness plans ⢠Lead insight generation of brand drivers and assess performance for global success sharing ⢠Identify data gaps and barriers to brand adoption and develop plans for continued brand growth ⢠Drive value maximization and recommend growth strategies for long-term hematology ambitions ⢠Consolidate disease-area and indication needs into a cohesive product view ⢠Collaborate with corporate affairs on investor relations communications and messaging ⢠Partner with Tech Ops to optimize supply and demand management ⢠Maintain relationships with internal colleagues and external customers to address market opportunities ⢠Report to the Vice President, Global Commercial Hematology Franchise Lead ⢠Supervise employees
⢠14+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/healthcare-related commercial experience ⢠5+ years of Global Marketing/New Product Planning expertise ⢠Experience in hematology/oncology ⢠Advanced or expert competency in hematology, highly competitive markets and/or experience in China pharmaceutical market preferred ⢠Demonstrated experience leading brand strategy/new product planning at various stages of lifecycle ⢠Ability to drive cross-regional and cross-functional alignment ⢠Ability to inspire, motivate and lead high performance teams ⢠Ability to engage, connect, and influence across all levels from senior leadership to local marketing teams ⢠Understanding of change management principles and experience driving organizational change ⢠Ability and desire to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures ⢠Willingness to travel at least 20%, including international travel ⢠Supervisory experience/responsibility
