📋 Description

• Build BeOne’s brand and raise awareness of our company and products in the immuno-oncology market within the assigned territory • Provide scientific and distribution-related expert advice and support to hospital pharmacists and medical immuno-oncologists in hospitals and physician-owned practices (PBOs) • Take responsibility for regional sales targets and qualitative performance metrics, as agreed with the Regional Field Manager (RFM) • Develop, implement and execute commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers; apply project management where appropriate to engage and develop Key Account customers in the territory • In close collaboration with Market Access, Customer Engagement and other relevant functions, identify, plan and execute projects supporting distribution and implementation of BeOne’s therapies • Organize and run local symposia and workshops with key customers • Participate in and provide customer support at local, national and international meetings and symposia • Ensure compliance in all activities and uphold the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct in line with our values. Consistently operate in accordance with BeOne’s Standards of Conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in life sciences (university/college) or equivalent professional experience; background in pharmacy and health economics advantageous • 5+ years of proven commercial experience in oncology and the hospital market, or in similar roles • Expert knowledge and experience with pricing-based differentiation and distribution in hospital markets is desirable • Specific knowledge and network in (immuno)oncology, particularly with key customers in the relevant indications (specialized knowledge in immune-oncology/PD-1 inhibition) • Understanding of drug distribution structures and channels, with a particular focus on hospitals and hospital pharmacies • Strong alignment with BeOne’s values and company mission • High social competence and strong team-working skills • Highly motivated, solution-oriented with a positive attitude • Willingness to learn and to continuously develop (on the job, through coaching & training) • Demonstrated success in a small, fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment • Proven marketing, project management and digital competencies • Results- and service-oriented mindset with strong implementation skills • English – intermediate; German – fluent or native speaker • Willingness to travel (minimum 60% customer-facing activities); valid driver’s license
