📋 Description

• Develop target lists of restaurant brands, chains, and groups within the assigned territory. • Build and execute a structured sales management strategy to communicate effectively with prospects. • Prospect for new customers via email, phone, social media, networking, and other outreach methods. • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with C-level contacts to introduce and promote the Dinova program. • Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to executive audiences. • Use consultative selling techniques to uncover pain points, present solutions, and persuade buyers. • Negotiate mutually beneficial contract terms and use them strategically to resolve buyer objections. • Manage the sales pipeline from first appointment through close, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting. • Maintain CRM records (Salesforce preferred) to manage opportunities and pipeline visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, and/or business travel industries. • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Experience selling intangible products or services. • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for tracking and forecasting. • Strong prospecting abilities across multiple channels (email, phone, social, networking, in-person). • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Ability to uncover problems, present solutions, and overcome objections. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing a sales pipeline. • Ability to build relationships with senior-level executives. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
