• Develop design concepts and produce high-quality architectural drawings and renderings • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met • Create and manage construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations • Assist in material and product research to support design development • Participate in project presentations and client meetings as needed • Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines in a remote work environment
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field • 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design (remote experience is a plus) • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar design tools • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards in the U.S. • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Legal authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or green card required) • Preferred: Experience with sustainable design principles or LEED accreditation • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana, or similar) • Experience in managing multiple projects remotely
