📋 Description
• Manage and execute technical activities for application design and development • Develop and maintain Application Program Interfaces (APIs) for USCG information systems • Customize CG-OWL User Interfaces for USCG • Gather user feedback and prioritize features for product roadmap • Conduct Operational and User Acceptance Testing • Report monthly performance metrics to USCG • Address defects in MLMS system or notify third parties • Update Sys/App Admin process guides • Assist training course owners with course material uploads • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • At least five years' relevant experience • Possess IAT Level II certification • Knowledge of AWS, Linux, Python, PHP, and MongoDB
