📋 Description

• Lead business process workshops and requirements-gathering sessions for EAM master data governance. • Document business rules, map master data workflows, and design EAM master data models with government stakeholders. • Configure SAP MDG for EAM, including data modeling, UI FPM modeling, and process modeling. • Configure Change Request workflows, validation rules, and derivation rules using BRF+. • Design and implement governance processes for equipment, functional locations, maintenance BOMs, maintenance task lists, and asset hierarchies. • Configure DRF for master data distribution across integrated SAP environments. • Support integrations using SOA Services, Web Services, and IDocs. • Collaborate with SAP PM, EAM, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, and technical teams. • Develop FDDs, functional specifications, and configuration documentation. • Support data migration, data cleansing, and master data conversion. • Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support. • Participate in change management, release planning, and deployment activities. • Recommend process improvements for data governance, data quality, and EAM operations. • Travel on rare occasions to client sites to provide on-site support. • Participate in quality assurance activities and protect sensitive information according to security policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of relevant SAP EAM and PM business-process experience, or 5–7 years without a Bachelor’s degree. • Experience implementing SAP MDG solutions supporting EAM. • Strong understanding of SAP EAM and PM business processes. • Hands-on experience configuring SAP MDG data models, workflows, UI FPM modeling, and BRF+. • Experience configuring DRF. • Experience governing enterprise asset master data, including equipment, functional locations, maintenance task lists, and maintenance BOMs. • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or federal ERP modernization initiatives. • Experience facilitating business workshops, gathering requirements, and developing FDDs. • Experience working in complex, multi-system SAP environments. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
