📋 Description

• Own and optimize CAC’s web and email channels through hands-on execution and strategic recommendations • Build, maintain, and improve web pages in WordPress • Apply best practices across UX, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility, and SEO • Build and optimize email communications in Campaign Monitor or similar platforms • Improve audience experience, design, and performance across email communications • Help shape CAC’s broader web and email strategy • Identify opportunities to improve how content is structured, delivered, and experienced • Use performance insights and industry best practices to recommend improvements • Partner with the Web Product Manager, Engagement, Marketing, Daily Meditations, and other internal teams • Translate business needs into effective digital experiences • Establish and champion web and email best practices • Help stakeholders make thoughtful decisions about how and when web and email channels are used

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of relevant experience working across web, email, digital marketing, or a related discipline • Hands-on responsibility for building and optimizing digital experiences • Experience working directly in WordPress or a similar CMS • Experience with Campaign Monitor or a comparable email marketing platform • Strong understanding of web and email design best practices, including UX, information architecture, and responsive design • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization across web pages, landing pages, or email campaigns • Experience applying strategic thinking to web and email • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and how site structure and content impact discoverability • Ability to balance design, technical requirements, audience needs, and organizational goals • Strong cross-functional communication skills and confidence partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Working knowledge of HTML and/or CSS, with the ability to make light updates or troubleshoot issues independently • Experience in a mission-driven, nonprofit, or highly cross-functional organization is nice to have
