📋 Description

• Design and develop user-centric interfaces for SAP Fiori applications within JTMS • Ensure all designs comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories • Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback • Partner closely with developers for accurate execution of designs • Stay current with UI/UX trends, especially for defense and military applications • Support the USTRANSCOM program and its global transportation and logistics mission

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience • Expertise building and designing SAP Fiori-based interfaces • Understanding of SAP environments and business processes • Ability to design solutions meeting Section 508 accessibility standards • Strong grounding in UX principles and best practices • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools • Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests • Experience with SAP UI5 and SAP Web IDE • Understanding of responsive design best practices • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Prior exposure to defense-related projects • Ability to work across developers, PMs, and stakeholders • Experience supporting SAP technical architecture migration to public cloud • Bachelor’s in Design, Computer Science, or related field • 3–5 years specifically focused on SAP Fiori and SAP systems • Portfolio demonstrating past UI/UX projects • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Secret clearance required to begin employment • Up to 10% local travel required
