📋 Description

• Engage with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to elicit, clarify, and document complex business requirements • Analyze current-state processes and identify pain points and improvement opportunities in hardware provisioning, software deployment, asset management, and IT service delivery • Perform gap analyses and propose practical, innovative solutions • Serve as an expert on customer hardware and software business requirements • Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories with acceptance criteria • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development Teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies • Champion Agile best practices • Analyze government hardware asset and software license lifecycles • Analyze requirements for system integrations, performance, security, and scalability • Work with architects and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and enterprise architecture alignment • Analyze, design, and document ServiceNow solutions optimizing ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and related modules • Enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations • Guide stakeholders on optimal ServiceNow utilization as a subject matter expert • Build collaborative relationships with senior management, technical teams, and end-users • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate business needs for technical teams • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions • Support UAT by developing test cases, coordinating testing, and validating solutions • Assist with training materials and user documentation • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations • Support the Department of the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service program

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance • 12+ years of relevant experience; a Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience • 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on IT systems, including hardware and software • 3+ years of hands-on experience in an Agile development environment, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Proven track record converting requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories • Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules • Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Superior written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, including interviews, workshops, surveys, and prototyping • Experience with process modeling tools, such as Visio • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure principles • Desired: CBAP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe certifications • Desired: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certification • Desired: ITIL Foundation certification • Desired: Experience with enterprise architecture concepts and design principles • Desired: Prior experience in government contracting
