📋 Description

• Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision • Analyze and contribute to front-end and back-end software architecture • Create manual or automated tests of high complexity • Document development steps in version control and documentation tools • Guide and collaborate with the development team on business solutions, architecture, and design • Maintain software quality through processes, tools, and best practices • Mentor less senior developers and support their questions • Elaborate medium- and high-complexity requirements with clients and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for back-end development • Proficiency in React for front-end development • Fundamentals in back-end frameworks such as Spring, Express, or Rails • Fundamentals of unit testing • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies • Understanding of software architecture • Experience with application security and authentication, including OAuth2 and JWT • Ability to mentor Junior and Mid-level developers • Experience with projects using message queues • Knowledge of Serverless architectures • Experience with AWS • Experience using AI for code generation
