📋 Description

• Come collaborate with us in creating the digital experience for the most iconic gaming resorts in Las Vegas and around the world! Experienced by millions of guests each year, the Caesars Entertainment Digital Products team cultivates customer experiences that fuel the imaginations of our guests on the Strip in Las Vegas and across the globe. Our iconic global brands include Caesars Palace, The Flamingo, The Row, Horseshoe, Harrah’s, Paris, Nobu Hotel, and more. Based in Las Vegas or remote, as a MarTech Implementation Senior Architect, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences across digital channels including caesars.com, the Caesars Rewards app, and all digital hospitality products. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target implementations, or similar solutions in the future, across Caesars.com and the Caesars Rewards app, both integral parts of our digital ecosystem. With your deep expertise in data collection strategy, strong attention to detail, and your passion for data-driven decision-making, you will help optimize our digital platforms to improve the user experience and drive business growth. **The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and deep passion for the development of amazing guest-facing experiences and the associated data capture needed to report and improve on those experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work history in the field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, communication planning, or related roles centered around data • Proven track-record of developing and implementing a digital analytics implementation and ability to gather requirements and work with product teams for development • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders • Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all digital properties • Travel for quarterly planning session is expected • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in the analytics space • Knowledge of the gaming, entertainment, and hospitality industries is a plus
