📋 Description

• Process bi-monthly payroll for two companies (200+ employees) using **Netchex** software. • Ensure accurate **timekeeping**, resolve clock-in/clock-out discrepancies, and obtain necessary supervisor approvals. • Prepare and transmit payroll data to **QuickBooks** for invoicing and general ledger integration. • Manage HR administrative tasks such as **job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination** through Netchex. • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll, leave, and HR policies. • Maintain compliance with company policies and **federal/state labor regulations**. • Collaborate with supervisors and the accounting team to ensure payroll accuracy and timely reporting. • Support **new hire onboarding** and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum **3 years of experience** in payroll processing and HR support roles. • Strong knowledge of payroll systems- **experience with Netchex preferred** (ADP, Paychex, or similar acceptable). • Familiarity with **QuickBooks** or other accounting software. • Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple priorities. • Exceptional **attention to detail and accuracy** in handling financial data.
