📋 Description

• Perform financial analysis, review budget vs. actuals reports, and revise project forecasts • Conduct monthly project reviews with project management to ensure consistent and accurate project data and identify potential contract issues and additional contract scope • Conduct monthly project reviews with senior management to provide a current financial overview and escalate potential issues • Work with project management to price services outside contract scope and coordinate review and approval with senior management • Review and ensure accurate monthly client billings according to contract terms • Support departmental cost accounting • Review collection issues and escalate them as necessary • Assist in creating project budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required • 2+ years of experience in corporate or project finance • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis • Thorough understanding of project management • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience with Percent Complete accounting a plus • Must live and work within the United States • Submit a cover letter and resume
