📋 Description

• Coordinate and facilitate effective and engaging professional learning services to customers • Manage K-5 reading intervention implementation in South Florida • Work directly with the district’s curriculum team in developing and supporting a comprehensive implementation plan • Act as an instructional coach/specialist at the school level • Promote the fidelity of implementation, facilitate professional learning services, and support teachers and students • Deliver in-person and virtual professional learning, customer support and planning meetings • Develop and/or update training assets for virtual and in-person professional learning • Review survey data and apply feedback toward professional growth and training refinement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education required • Master’s degree preferred • At least 5 years teaching experience in K-12 education • At least 3 years of delivering professional learning sessions or coaching and consulting with teachers in applying best practices in classrooms with various populations of learners • Direct experience with VSL programs as a trainer, district leader, instructional coach, or classroom teacher • Effective presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings utilizing a variety of collaboration and engagements strategies with adult learners • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, problem solving, collaboration, and sensibility to build rapport with customers and co-workers) • Proficiency using technology-based productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Google and other web applications • Ability to travel via various modes of transportation. This can include evenings, occasional weekends, and driving after dark
