📋 Description

• Implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy • Develop ministry partners who learn about, pray for, serve, give to, and share the mission of Thousand Pines • Request corporate and government funds through solicitation and grant writing • Identify major gift opportunities with the Camp Director • Keep major donors engaged through research and brief writing • Coordinate with the Communications/Marketing team on fundraising materials highlighting programs • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent of related professional experience • Full agreement with TMC and TRCC mission, vision, values, doctrinal statement and handbook • Vibrant and deepening faith in Jesus Christ with godly character and integrity • Organized and systematic detail management skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Relationship and service-oriented • Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time • Ability to work in inclement weather, including reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50 pounds
