📋 Description

• Support onboarding of new customers onto Campspot’s software platform • Manage project management, technical support, and training activities • Support initial customer setup • Support major setup changes and overhauls • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders • Maintain deadlines and help hold others accountable • Solve implementation and customer problems • Manage multiple simultaneous and competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or related role • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Ability to solve problems ranging in difficulty effectively and efficiently • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and competing priorities • Availability for some weekday evening hours • Availability for some travel as needed • Preferred: 1–3 years software sales, account management, onboarding, training, and/or technical support experience • Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) • Experience working with Professional Services Automation Software (PSA) • Must reside in the United States or one of the listed eligible states; candidates outside the US or listed states are not eligible
