📋 Description

• Own Canonical's global cloud partner strategy, including forecasting, driving bookings, and growing revenue worldwide • Build strong cross-functional relationships across teams for unified technology and market execution • Inspire and guide teams to accelerate revenue growth with cloud partners • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key partners • Steer offerings from concept to execution, aligning product management and marketing strategies • Scale success through the global sales organization • Lead business development and partnerships with global public clouds • Lead teams delivering innovation to public cloud platforms, joint go-to-market initiatives, marketplaces, and global customer and partner contracts • Own sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with cloud partners • Promote cloud-related campaigns, strategic opportunities, and events

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject • Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results • Leadership and commitment to skills development and mentorship • Passion for technology evidenced by personal projects and initiatives • Exceptional leadership and presentation skills, capable of energizing teams and stakeholders while delivering compelling data-driven narratives • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long • In-depth understanding of open source technologies, Ubuntu, and the competitive ecosystem • Autonomous, disciplined, and proactive • Nice to have: track record in alliance and indirect sales management • Nice to have: solid experience in the Public Cloud sector • Nice to have: experience with Linux, with Debian or Ubuntu preferred
