• Provide specialized subject matter expertise and leadership in a Master Planning area • Develop and maintain executable master production schedules using finite-capacity, material-constrained, and resource-constrained planning principles • Manage production sequencing, lot sizing, changeovers, lead times, and scheduling priorities • Coordinate material readiness, QA/QC release, production priorities, inventory availability, warehousing, and operational dependencies • Lead capacity planning and constraint-based planning • Optimize finished goods and intermediates across the value chain while considering financial KPIs • Assist with total-lifecycle management strategies for stock keeping units • Serve as planning systems super user and business subject matter expert • Support planners and functional users in advanced planning applications • Maintain and optimize planning parameters, master data, policies, calendars, and system inputs • Develop and maintain Excel-based planning tools, models, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions • Use Excel, Power Query, and other analytical tools to consolidate, transform, validate, and analyze planning data • Travel to head office or attend on-site meetings on an ad hoc basis as required • Perform other duties as assigned
• Post-secondary education in supply chain management or a related field • Knowledge and experience in IBP and/or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) • Knowledge in business, strong technical skills, expertise in supply chain management, and experience in supply chain planning • Experience working and collaborating with demand and supply-side professionals and supporting functional areas • Communication skills enabling change, problem resolution, mediation, and teamwork • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple concurrent activities, dependencies, priorities, and deadlines • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with large datasets, Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation techniques • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis, Demantra, i2, SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, or similar planning systems • Commit to acquiring or already hold one or both APICS certifications: CPIM and/or CSCP • Successful completion of background and reference checks
