📋 Description

• Provide consultations for veterans and other patients interested in obtaining a medical cannabis prescription • Educate patients on the use of cannabis as a medicine • Follow up with patients and monitor response to dosage and cannabinoids prescribed • Prescribe medical cannabis through the virtual platform, primarily serving veteran patients

🎯 Requirements

• Registered with and in good standing with the College of Nurses • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage a busy workload • Team-oriented approach with existing team members and physicians • Must be highly organized and have a good sense of time management • Informed and abreast of scientific research and willing to learn more about the industry • Experience in pain management or mental health is an asset • Previous work with veterans and/or medical cannabis is a big asset • Bilingual is an asset
