📋 Description

• Provide analytical support and business case modeling to evaluate financial and market impacts and enable profitable decision-making • Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Accounting teams to deliver financial insights and recommendations supporting commercial objectives • Own month-end processes, including P&L analysis, variance commentary, and management reporting packages • Maintain pricing controls through process documentation, cross-functional alignment, and reconciliation of key data sources • Analyze business performance trends and key drivers, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions to improve results against targets • Enhance and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data sources • Support forecasting and planning by assessing business drivers across channels and quantifying risks and opportunities • Lead ad-hoc projects supporting commercial priorities and organizational growth • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting • Experience in Beverage Alcohol, CPG, Cannabis, or related industries is an asset • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Advanced user of MS Office Suite, with a focus on Excel • Proficiency with visualization software (i.e. Tableau) is an asset • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Knowledge of trade investment, promotional landscape, and promotional optimization techniques is an asset • Successful completion of background and reference checks
