Finally, our client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world. • The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth operations of our production data assets. Activities will include monitoring production systems for incident occurrence, alerting applicable parties when incidents arise and incident triaging and management. They will also carry out activities to prevent production incidents. • The Data Production Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production data assets and overall operational efficiency. They ensure the reliability and accuracy of our data production processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, data acumen, problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. • Advanced English level • Proven experience in data production support or a similar role. Familiarity with data production tools and technologies. • Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. • Strong knowledge of database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes. • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java. • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Attention to Detail: Precision in monitoring systems and documenting incidents and solutions
