📋 Description

• Lead and support project management activities across planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and closure • Ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives • Develop, maintain, and govern project management plans, schedules, action logs, risk registers, issue trackers, dependencies, and repositories • Prepare executive dashboards, KPIs, status reports, milestone reviews, and presentations • Coordinate steering committee meetings, project reviews, technical review sessions, and progress meetings • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up • Drive organizational change management through stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, training materials, readiness assessments, and user adoption activities • Manage the AI use case portfolio from ideation through Proof of Concept and closure • Document business value, risks, benefits, success metrics, and portfolio performance • Identify, assess, and mitigate project and portfolio risks • Support governance, reporting, lessons learned, project handovers, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline • 5+ years of Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination, or Program Management experience • Experience supporting digital transformation programs • Strong project governance and portfolio management experience • Demonstrated experience preparing project management plans, schedules, reports, and executive presentations • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
