📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, and retain industry-leading Solutions Consulting talent, building a diverse, high-performing team • Train, mentor, and coach team members, inspiring them to achieve their full potential while expanding their technical acumen across accounting systems and B2B payment platforms • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical deals, guiding your team through advanced architecture, integration hurdles, and custom client workflows • Partner closely with Field Sales leadership to develop resource allocation strategies that optimize SC engagement, accelerate the sales cycle, and drive growth • Define, measure, and optimize key performance metrics for the SC organization, ensuring high resource utilization, deal technical accuracy, and team accountability • Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization to prioritize, influence, and refine product roadmaps based on field intelligence and client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in people leadership or peer coaching • At least 5 years of experience working with accounting systems and the accounts payable process • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred • At least 5 years of people leadership experience managing a technical pre-sales or solutions consulting team preferred • At least 5 years of experience with business payment rails (such as ACH, Virtual Card, Wire) and technical integration methods (such as APIs, SFTP file transfers) preferred • 6+ years experience working directly with mid-market or enterprise ERP or accounting ecosystems (such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP) or the accounts payable process preferred
