📋 Description

• Lead category sourcing for assigned indirect categories, potentially including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Energy and Facilities • Support key stakeholders as the primary sourcing business partner for assigned indirect categories • Source indirect goods and services with suppliers • Initiate, negotiate, finalize, and maintain indirect supplier contracts • Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) events • Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders • Review and approve BuyNow purchase requests and new supplier setups • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to secure favorable contract and purchasing terms • Leverage spend analytics and market intelligence to identify cost optimization opportunities • Develop relationships with category business partners to determine sourcing needs • Execute competitive bidding, negotiation, contracting, and technical continuous improvement processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred • 3+ years of experience in a related field preferred, including strategic sourcing (indirect), category management, supplier management and negotiation experience • Effective communication in English and presentation skills • Ability to communicate successfully with all levels of the organization and external supplier partners • Strong financial acumen • Strong project and process management skills • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Working knowledge of industry and market conditions • Knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus
