📋 Description

• Leverage strong technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders • Provide analytical support and consultancy to internal and external customers • Provide advisory services to internal and external senior leaders • Query internal and external data sources to generate meaningful insights • Create dynamic, visually engaging dashboards • Take business cases from inception through customer or partner execution • Lead analytic initiatives to successful completion • Champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Deliver high-quality analytical outputs to senior leadership for decision-making within short timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree with 4 years of experience in those areas OR PhD with 2 years of experience in those areas OR 10 years of experience in those areas • Understanding and high proficiency in querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar computer languages • Ability to create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI • High degree of business intelligence and ability to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution • Experience leading an analytic initiative to success • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output to senior leadership within short timelines • Preferred: experience with project management methodologies • Preferred: healthcare industry experience, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology • Preferred: experience with version control/collaborative tools such as GitHub • Preferred: experience with automation tools such as Alteryx
