📋 Description

• Work with IT leadership and business units to develop business cases and business requirements for technology-related business problems • Assist with business relationship management, business strategy and planning, and portfolio/demand management • Maintain productive relationships with IT peers, management, and business functions • Articulate business value and strategy and coordinate across IT to leverage technology for operational excellence • Research how other organizations achieve or exceed industry best practices in key performance metrics • Lead coordination and monitoring of project activities • Provide technical direction to project teams to ensure effective completion in compliance with design and quality standards • Analyze portfolio initiatives and identify specific, measurable outcomes • Implement processes and tools to measure project benefits • Mentor and coach IT team members on workflow and functionality for new and enhanced systems and processes • Participate in technical skill development of analysts and provide input to performance reviews and development objectives • Create easy-to-use business process mappings of complex systems and workflows, including interdependencies • Support project management efforts involving risk mitigation, communication plans, implementation strategies, work plans, and scope • Support Epic Grand Central, Clinical Case Management, WellSky Careport, Flight Vector, and associated applications • Work 8–5 day schedule with potential on-call or project go-live after-hours coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field • Typically requires 7 years in progressively responsible information systems experience with technical or project management exposure • Preferred remote locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Georgia • Must reside in one of the listed fully remote states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming • No relocation • No sponsorship or transfer of visa now or in the future • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to understand business direction and goals and their systems implications • Experience developing functional requirements, risk assessments, cost estimates, plans, and tracking project delivery • Ability to write effective presentations and documentation • Ability to analyze and solve unusual, complex, or ambiguous problems • Knowledge of integration within functional and business areas • Ability to analyze long-term ramifications and recommend best practices • Ability to work with minimal supervision and instruct, guide, assign, advise, and mentor team members • Ability to influence and direct work teams, mentor, transfer knowledge, handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and complete assignments timely • Extensive computer work and ability to operate necessary equipment
