📋 Description

• Process account administration and trade execution for financial and non-financial transactions across mutual fund retail account types • Contact internal and external clients to resolve not-in-good-order transactions promptly • Provide exceptional inbound contact-centre customer service to investment advisors, support teams and investors • Support advisors and investors with short-term and long-term investment strategy education and planning • Work in Processing or Advisor Service Centre teams within Fidelity Investments Canada

🎯 Requirements

• College Diploma required or equivalent experience • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) • Strong communication skills in French (verbal and written) considered an asset • Bilingualism (French and English) required for applicants within Quebec • Passion for delivering exceptional client experience • Strong desire to learn and grow • Collaboration, diversity and belonging mindset • Flexible and adaptable • Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problems • Willingness to embrace new technologies • Detail oriented • Current work authorization for Canada required • Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm EST • Contract availability through April 30, 2027
